You need all 4 files including the sdhp1020.dll just follow my instructions and replace all your files with the files downloaded from my post. If not then check out the print spooler troubleshooter to troubleshoot your print spooler. Or get the kb2000007 and use it. after that reinstall the regular HP driver, then replace the files. Or you can use the driver on my post.

Hi Man, first congratulations for de research, i`ve read a lot abuot this problem and this is the most complete explanation of all.
I´m trying to solve this problem on a Win 7 Pro 32bits.
The problem is that in the C:\windows\system32\spool\drivers\w32x86\3 location I find the SDhp1020.DLL file but not the others.
I´ve founfd ZSDDM.DLL, ZGDI.DLL and ZTAG.DLL instead, but if I replace them the printer stops working at all.
Any idea?

There’s a huge, huge misunderstanding in this article. CS never ever claimed to be a real life shooting simulator. Therefore any comparision to how real life shooting combat works is stupid. CS has to be the most skill demanding shooter out there, without a doubt. It’s been number 1 competitive(balanced) shooter for ages. I don’t see any shooter getting the throne there.

However, people enjoy different stuff. I like being good at game that demands skill. I like being competitive in a balanced game such as CS. Other people like doing missions, having high end graphics, a more realistic combat and etc. so it is only natural for them to play CoD and enjoy it better.

You can only see enemies on the radar if one of your team members has seen that enemy already, you retard. If that teammate were to die, and no one on your team can see that enemy, you can only see where that enemy was when the team member died. This is one of the good parts of CS. Get your facts straight.

I just today fixed the 4:th HP 1022 having this problem using your instructions. Strange enough it takes months (after switching to win 7, xp was fine) before the error occurs, but I guess sooner or later all printers of this model gets the error and crashes print spooler.
